Beginner Level (A1-A2)

  • Alphabet & Sounds:

  • Pronunciation rules (e.g., “ch,” “w” vs. “v”)
  • Greetings & Essential Phrases:
  • Guten Tag (Hello), Danke (Thank you), Wie geht’s? (How are you?)
  • Introducing yourself (Ich heiße…, Ich komme aus…)
  • Basic Vocabulary:
  • Numbers, days, months, family, food, professions
  • Grammar Fundamentals:
  • Noun genders (der/die/das) and plural forms
  • Present tense (regular & irregular verbs: sein, haben, gehen)
  • Sentence structure (Subject-Verb-Object)
  • Modal verbs (können, müssen, wollen)
  • Cases introduction (Nominative & Accusative)
  • Simple dialogues (e.g., ordering food, asking for directions)
  • Role-playing everyday situations (shopping, travel)
  • Short texts (menus, signs, emails)
  • Writing basic sentences (e.g., describing your family)

Intermediate Level (B1-B2)

  • Past Tenses:
  • Perfekt (spoken past: Ich habe gegessen)
  • Präteritum (written/narrative past: Ich aß)
  • Future Tense:
  • Futur I (Ich werde gehen)
  • Dative & Genitive Cases:
  • Prepositions with cases (mit, nach, wegen)
  • Subordinate Clauses:
  • weil, dass, wenn (word order changes)
  • Expressing opinions, giving advice
  • Discussing news, culture, and personal experiences
  • Newspaper articles, short stories
  • Writing emails, essays (~250 words)
